This study investigates the elastoplastic deformation behaviour of a motorcycle frame under quasi-static mechanical loading. We present novel test rig to analyse integrity four different load configurations. These configurations reproduce longitudinal forces, lateral torques and bending moments that act on in normal operation as braking, acceleration or cornering. Additionally, represent loads most frequent crash scenarios urban areas, such motorcycle’s frontal inclined collision against car. conducted three repetitions each configuration with from motorcycle, especially for area. The compliance measured load–displacement curves is rated by an objective assessment method.
